Today I will offer Pilates exercises for butt that will be very useful when you need to strengthen the muscles of the legs and buttocks, work at the same time, the abdomen and improve posture.

Extensions: you lie on the left side of the body with outstretched left arm, leaving the head on his arm. You do a knee bend forward to reach a right angle to the body.

Inhaled air, and while exhaling contract the abdominal muscles and stretch while the right leg. Raising your leg while you stretch without arching the lower back and left hip on the floor. Should be maintained this position for 5 seconds and drops the leg space, flexural and rest. Then repeat the exercise on the opposite side. Read the rest of this entry »
