Within cognitive symptoms we would find fear, insecurity, anxiety, feelings of inadequacy, feelings of loss of control.
Regarding motor symptoms can lead to hyperactivity or motor paralysis, speech difficulties and usually verbal avoidance behaviors in situations that cause us discomfort.
Regarding the physiological symptoms, chest tightness or shortness of breath, palpitations, nausea or upset stomach, dizziness, excessive sweating, muscle tension or fatigue. These symptoms are usually the ones we are disabling and require us to avoid those situations to avoid discomfort.
